It’s quite chilly and pouring heavily out here in Gangtok and nothing soothes my soul more than a plate of hot spicy food.
I cooked this plate of Sichuan flavours before I set off for my vacation last week and I am craving for it so badly now.
Lazing on my bed, tucked in my blanket, watching the rains splashing against my french windows and savouring this plate spicy Sichuan Chicken Veggies and fragrant jasmine rice would have been an absolute bliss.
To compensate for it I have just ordered for Sikkim’s famous hot bowl of Chicken Thenthuk 😋
