My Ramen Bowl looked somewhat like this 😍
Few slices of braised & oven roasted chicken breast, stir fried tofu, some seasonal veggies and boiled eggs with a hot and spicy broth completed my ramen bowl.
As much as I enjoy relishing a piping hot bowl of ramen, I equally enjoy preparing the intricate light yet flavour packed Ramen broth.
However I would like to call my broth a chicken jus instead, as I always prefer a slightly thicker consistency than the usual ramen broth.
And this time my Broth/Chicken Jus was even more special with SPRIG newly launched Thai Chili paste by the name Nam Prik Pao.
A little amount of this paste really packs a punch to any home made Thai dish.
