Spicy Prawns are my absolute favourite, especially the Malabar Chilly Prawn curry that my Mom-in-law prepares whenever we visit her. Ever since I tasted it, I never made any more variations of a prawn dish, it was always that coconut, tamarind and chilly based curry.
However today was a bit different, I dived straight from the Malabar Coast to the Coast of Africa 😍
It’s Harissa Prawns ! All thanks to SPRIG for bringing us flavours from all across the world straight into our kitchen. I made a slightly tangy red sauce for some spaghetti to go with my prawns, instead of the classic Couscous and Harissa Prawns combo 😊
Also there is a lemon, garlic and coriander dressing for that extra zing 🤗
